#SCGS Beef Noodle Stir Fry

Ingredients

70 g Noodles 
65 g Tenderstem broccoli 
135 g Baby corn
120 g Baby carrots
2 Tbsp Butter
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp Oil 
300 g Beef strips
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed
1 Tbsp Paprika 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️
1 cup Sweet Indonesian Soy Sauce
Pinch of Black pepper

Method

Cook noodles according to packaging instructions. Blanch broccoli, corn and carrots in salted water and set aside. In a pan, melt butter and fry mushrooms until almost cooked and set aside. In the same pan, add oil and brown the beef. Add garlic, paprika and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™️ and stir well. 
Add soy sauce and cook until it thickens slightly. Reduce heat. Add vegetables, mushrooms and cooked noodles. Add Black Pepper. Mix well and serve.
