#SCGS Balsamic Green Beans with Mushrooms
Ingredients – Salad
1 Tbsp Oil
1/2 Red onion
200 g Mushrooms, sliced
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning TM
250 g Green beans, chopped
4 Tbsp Balsamic reduction
1 tsp Garlic powder
Method
Heat a pan to medium to high heat, then add the oil. Add the onion and sauté until lightly browned. Add the mushrooms and sauté until golden brown. Season with the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning TM then sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add the green beans and sauté for 3 more minutes. Add the balsamic reduction and sauté for 3 more minutes. Finish with garlic powder and serve immediately.
TIP: Serve with basmati or brown rice.
