#SCGS Baked Creamy Chicken Pasta

Ingredients

Ingredients:
250 g Pasta of your choice
500 g Chicken breasts, cut into cubes
2 Tbsp Pepper
1½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Oregano
1 Tbsp Oil
250 g Mushrooms, sliced
50 g Butter
1 Tbsp minced Garlic
1 Tbsp Flour
750 ml fresh Cream
½ cup Parmesan cheese
Salt to taste
handful fresh Parsley, minced
2 cups grated Mozzarella cheese


Method

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, season the chicken cubes with 1 Tbsp pepper, 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and the oregano.
Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat, add the seasoned chicken, and cook until done, 6-8 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add the sliced mushrooms. Season with the remaining pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Sauté until the mushrooms are wilted and browned.
Add the butter and garlic to the pan and sauté for 2 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
Sprinkle the flour over the mushrooms and cook for 3-5 minutes, stirring continuously.
Gradually pour in the cream, stirring continuously.
Add the Parmesan and let the mixture simmer until it thickens.
Taste and season with salt if necessary.
