Ingredients

Oil for frying
1 Red onion, chopped
2 Tbsp crushed Garlic
1 can Baked beans
Pepper, as needed
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
½ tsp Chilli flakes
1 Tbsp fresh minced Parsley
4 Pork sausages
4 Bacon strips
40 g Butter
50 g Portobello mushrooms 
1 stem fresh Rosemary, chopped
1 Avocado
1 tsp Lemon juice
4 Eggs


Method

Heat a pan. Add 1 tsp oil and sauté the onion until translucent, then add half the garlic. Add the baked beans. Season with pepper, 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning and chilli flakes. Cook for 4-5 minutes on low-medium heat. Add the parsley. Set aside.
In the same pan, fry the pork sausages and set aside. 
Add 1 Tbsp oil to the pan and fry the bacon. Set aside.
Melt half the butter in the pan over medium heat and fry the mushrooms for 3 minutes. Add the rest of the garlic, 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning and pepper to taste. Add the rosemary. Sauté until the mushrooms are almost soft, about 6 minutes. 
Mash the avocado in a bowl. Add ½ tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning and the lemon juice. Set aside. 
Add the rest of the butter to the pan. Fry the eggs until the whites are set, seasoning with 1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning.
Arrange the beans, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, avo and eggs on a board and serve immediately.
