Ingredients

1½ Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Coriander
1 tsp Oil
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Cauliflower head, cored and cut into small florets
1 bag premixed raw coleslaw
200 g Hummus
1 Tbsp Vegan chilli sauce
8 small Tortillas
1 Avocado, sliced

Method

Preheat the oven to 200 °C.
In a bowl, mix together 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, the smoked paprika, cumin, coriander, oil and tomato paste. Add the cauliflower and mix well, ensuring all florets are coated with the spice mixture. Spread out on a baking tray and bake until golden-brown, 18-20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the coleslaw, hummus, chilli sauce and ½ tsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM.
Toast the tortillas.
Build each taco by spooning in the cauliflower, followed by sliced avo and topped with the coleslaw mix.
