2 cups Oil
2 cups Flour 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Dried italian herbs 
1 tsp Paprika
2 cups Breadcrumbs 
2 large eggs
320 g Halloumi cheese, cut into sticks 
½ cup Plain yoghurt 
1 Garlic clove, finely grated 
½ tsp Lemon juice 
1 tsp Olive oil
¼ tsp Salt


In a pot, heat the oil.
In a bowl, mix together the flour, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, italian herbs and paprika.
Place the breadcrumbs in a separate bowl. 
In another bowl, beat the eggs.
Coat the Halloumi sticks in the flour, then the egg, and lastly the breadcrumbs. Deep-fry the sticks until they are golden and crispy. 
To make the dipping sauce, mix together the yoghurt, garlic, lemon juice, olive oil and salt, and refrigerate for about 1 hour before serving.
