1 packet Instant Noodles 
1 Tbsp Oil
1 Tbsp Garlic and ginger mix
2 Tbsp Curry paste
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
1 Tbsp Rice vinegar 
2 Tbsp Light soy sauce 
1 Green onion, finely sliced 
1 handful Coriander, finely chopped


Cook the noodles as per the packet instructions. Set aside.
In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil, then add the garlic and ginger. Cook until fragrant.
Add the curry paste, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning and chilli flakes, and stir.
Pour in the rice vinegar and soy sauce.
Stir in the cooked noodles and mix until all is well combined.
Add the green onion and coriander, and mix well. 
Serve immediately.
