1 Tbsp Oil
1 whole small Chicken, cut into pieces 
1 medium Onion, diced 
1 Tbsp Curry paste 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Chicken stock cube, dissolved in 2 cups boiling Water


Heat the oil in a pot and toss the chicken pieces until browned.
Add the onion, curry paste and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and give it a little stir. Pour over the chicken stock. Cook on medium heat until the chicken is tender, 30-45 minutes.
TIP: Serve with steamed bread.
