1 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 tsp crushed Garlic
500 g Beef mince
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
2 Tbsp Paprika
Pepper to taste
240 g tin Tomatoes
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
3 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
3 Tbsp Steakhouse sauce
½ cup warm Beef stock
minced Parsley to taste
3 Gem squash, cut into halves, seeds removed and boiled until cooked
1 cup grated Mozzarella
6 tsp Parmesan cheese
Chilli flakes to taste


In a pan, heat the oil and sauté the onion until soft.
Add the garlic and mince, and sauté until the mince is fully browned. Season with Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, paprika and pepper.
Add the tomatoes and tomato paste, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Add the Worcestershire sauce, steakhouse sauce and beef stock and simmer for 5 minutes. Sprinkle over the parsley. 
Spoon the mince into the gem squash. Sprinkle with mozzarella, Parmesan and chilli flakes. 
Place in an air fryer at 180 °C and bake for 5 minutes.
TIP: Serve immediately with spinach and green beans.
