1 Tbsp Oil
½ medium Onion, diced 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Garlic clove, minced 
2 cups Vegetable broth 
3 cups Broccoli florets 
1 cup Coconut milk
2 cups Baby spinach 
2 cups chopped Kale leaves 


Heat the oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and sauté. Add the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and garlic, and stir.
Add the vegetable broth.
Add the broccoli and cook for 5 minutes. 
Stir in the coconut milk.
Add the spinach and kale, and stir until wilted.
Remove from the heat and blend until smooth.
Reheat to desired temperature and ladle into serving bowls.
