2 thick Chicken breasts
pinch each Salt and Pepper 
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
¼ cup Flour 
3 Tbsp Butter
2 Garlic cloves, minced 
1 Tbsp Soy sauce 
⅓ cup Honey


Cut each chicken breast in half lengthways so that you have four steaks. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM. Coat in flour.
Melt half the butter in a pan on medium-high heat. Cook the chicken steaks until golden, 2-3 minutes each side, then reduce the heat. 
Make a bit of a room in the pan, and add the garlic and remaining butter. Fry until the garlic is fragrant.
Stir in the soy sauce and honey, then gently stir everything together, so that the chicken breasts are well coated with the sauce.
