400 g Prawns
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 tsp Smoked paprika
1 tsp Thyme
1 Tbsp Oil
2 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp crushed Garlic
1 Tbsp chopped Spring onions
2 Tbsp Sweet chilli sauce


Place the prawns in a bowl and season with the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, smoked paprika and thyme.
In a large saucepan, heat the oil over medium heat. Fry the prawns until golden-brown, about 3 minutes each side.
Add the butter, garlic, spring onions and sweet chilli sauce, and simmer for 3 minutes or until the sauce thickens to a thin, syrupy consistency.
TIP: Squeeze over some lemon/lime juice just before serving.
