400 g tin Pilchards
½ cup finely chopped Red onion
1 small bunch Green Onions, finely chopped
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
3 Tbsp Mayonnaise
½ cup grated Cheese (optional)
2 slices Bread
1 Tbsp Butter
Empty the pilchards into a mixing bowl. Add the red onion, green onion and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM. Add the mayonnaise and cheese (if using), and mix well.
Spread the pilchard mixture onto one slice of the bread and top with the other.
Spread the butter on the outer surfaces of the bread. Heat a pan on the stove and toast the bread on both sides until golden.
