1 Tbsp Oil
250 g Chicken livers
½ Onion, finely chopped
½ Green pepper, diced
1 tsp Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
¼ cup warm Chicken stock
½ cup fresh Cream
Finely chopped fresh Parsley


Heat the oil in a pan and brown the chicken livers. Add the onion, green pepper and garlic, and sauté until the onion is almost soft.
Add the paprika, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and chilli flakes. Add the chicken stock and simmer for 4-5 minutes.
Add the cream and simmer for 5-6 minutes on low-medium heat.
Garnish with parsley.
TIP: Serve with toasted white bread.
