2 Tbsp Oil
300 g Beef strips
3 Tbsp Butter
1 medium Onion, sliced 
1 cup Mushrooms, sliced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
2 Tbsp Flour 
1 Beef stock cube
500ml water
1 cup fresh Cream
1 Tbsp Dijon mustard


Heat the oil. Add the beef strips and cook until browned. Set aside.
In the same pan, melt the butter. Add the onion and cook for 1 minute, then add the mushrooms and cook until golden.
Add the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM.
Add the flour and stir for 1 minute. Dissolve the stock cube in water and add while stirring. 
Add the cream and mustard, and stir until incorporated. Bring to a simmer over medium-low heat until the sauce thickens. 
Add the beef strips and simmer until heated through.
TIP: Serve with Basmati rice.
