2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, finely chopped 
½ cup chopped Mushrooms
3 Tbsp Tomato paste 
2 cloves Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 cup Heavy cream 
230 g Linguine pasta, cooked according to packet directions
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 handful Basil, chopped


In a pan, heat the oil, then add the onion and mushrooms and cook until soft. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Add the garlic and stir. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and stir. Add the cream and stir.
Stir in the cooked pasta. Add the Parmesan and basil, and serve immediately.
