8 Lamb chops
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 tsp Black peppercorns
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Butter
1 cup sliced Mushrooms
4 sprigs fresh Thyme
2 cloves Garlic, crushed
250 ml fresh Cream
¼ cup BBQ sauce
1 Tbsp finely chopped fresh Parsley


Season the lamb chops on both sides with the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black peppercorns. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chops until golden brown on both sides, 3-4 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
In the same pan, add in butter, mushrooms, thyme, garlic and cream. Stir, then allow to simmer until the sauce has thickened, about 3 minutes.
Add the lamb chops and the BBQ sauce and leave to simmer for 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley.
TIP: Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
