2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Onion, diced
½ Green pepper, diced
1 Tomato, diced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp crushed Chillies
1 Tbsp Paprika
1 Tbsp Curry powder
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
12 Chicken feet 
500 ml Water
1 Chicken stock cube


Heat the oil, then sauté the onion and green pepper until soft. Add the tomato, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, chillies, paprika, curry powder and Worcestershire sauce.
Add the chicken feet. Add the water and stock cube.
Cover the pot with a lid and leave it to simmer until the chicken feet are tender and the sauce has thickened.
TIP: Serve with pap, dumplings or samp, and atchar.
