Ingredients

4 chicken fillets or breasts
¼ cup Plain yoghurt
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Garlic powder
2 tsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
½ tsp Chilli flakes
½ tsp Paprika
½ tsp Italian herbs
handful fresh parsley, minced
juice of ½ lemon

Method

Cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and put them in a mixing bowl. Add the yoghurt. Mix all the seasonings and herbs together with the parsley and lemon juice. Add this to the chicken and yoghurt and mix thoroughly. Cover with clingwrap and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
Prepare the skewers by submerging them in water for at least 20 minutes. Place the marinated chicken pieces on the skewers, filling each one. Cook in a heated pan in a little oil on medium heat, 8-10 minutes on each side, or bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35 minutes, turning halfway.
TIP: Serve with a bowl of steamed white rice and a side of your favourite green salad.
