3 Tbsp Oil
500 g Mince
1 medium Onion, chopped
1 tsp crushed Garlic
1 small Red pepper, chopped
1 small Yellow pepper, chopped
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Paprika
25 g Tomato paste
2 large Tomatoes, Grated
1 tsp Sugar
1 Beef stock cube
300 g Fusilli pasta, cooked according to packet instructions
200 g Mozzarella cheese, grated
fresh parsley to garnish


In a pan with a lid, heat the oil. Add the mince and cook it, stirring with a fork, until it starts browning. 
Add the onion and garlic, and cook until the mince is soft. 
Add the red and yellow pepper, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, oregano and paprika, and mix well.
Add the tomato paste, grated tomato, sugar and stock cube. 
Cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
Add the cooked pasta and mix well.
 Top with the mozzarella, then put the lid on the pot until the cheese has melted. 
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
