300 g rack of Lamb
2 Tbsp Olive oil
5 cloves Garlic
handful fresh Rosemary 
handful fresh Thyme 
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
300 g Baby potatoes 
3 Tbsp Butter
1 Tbsp Mixed dried herbs


Preheat the oven to 180 °C. Place the lamb on a baking tray. 
In a food processor, pulse the oil, 3 cloves garlic, rosemary, thyme and 2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
Process until a paste is formed. Coat the lamb with the paste. Roast for 30-45 minutes.
Mince the remaining 2 cloves of garlic. In a pan, melt the butter, then add the garlic, herbs and 1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
Pour over the potatoes and mix until well coated. Roast until cooked through and golden, 30-45 minutes.
Remove the lamb from the oven and cover with foil. Allow to rest for about 10 minutes before carving.
Serve the lamb with the potatoes.
