2 cups Water
8 Carrots, peeled
1 Tbsp Butter
1 tsp Garlic
 ½ tsp Chilli flakes
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Honey
1 Tbsp finely chopped Parsley
½ tsp Sesame seeds


Pour the water into a pot and bring to the boil. Slice the carrots and add them to the pot. Boil  for 5-10 minutes. Drain.
In another saucepan, melt the butter and add the garlic, chilli flakes, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, soy sauce and honey. Add the carrots and cook until the sauce has thickened.
To serve, top with the parsley and sesame seeds.
