Ingredients

500 g mince
1 Egg
½ Red onion, finely minced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
6 Hotdog rolls
3 Tbsp butter
6 Tbsp Chakalaka
¼ cup Barbeque sauce
1 cup grated Mozzarella
1 tsp Chilli flakes
4 Chives, chopped

Method

In a bowl, mix the mince, egg, onion, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and Worcestershire sauce until all the ingredients are incorporated. 
Create golfball-sized balls with this mince mixture. Place the balls in an air fryer and cook at 180 °C for 10 minutes.
Slice open the rolls and butter each one, then spoon 1 Tbsp of the chakalaka into each roll.
Baste the cooked meatballs with the barbeque sauce, then insert 2-3 balls in each roll.
In a bowl, mix the mozzarella, chili flakes and chives.
Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the top of the rolls. Cook in an air fryer at 180 °C until the cheese melts, 2-3 minutes.
Serve immediately.
TIP: Serve with a portion of fries.
