3 Pork neck fillet steaks 
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
Salt and pepper to taste
1 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Butter
3 cloves Garlic, crushed
1 sprig fresh Rosemary
3 sprigs fresh Thyme


Pat dry the pork neck steaks with paper towel. Season with Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, salt and pepper.
Heat the oil in a large pan until it is very hot. Sear the steaks for 4 minutes on each side, until you get a great crust or until browned.
Add the butter, garlic, rosemary and thyme to the pan. Cook for 1 minute while tilting the pan and continuously spooning the butter over the steaks, making sure you coat each steak.
Tip: You can baste the steaks with any sauce of your preference.
