Ingredients – Salad

1 cup Rice
2 Tbsp Olive oil
3 kg King prawns, peeled and deveined
1 Red onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp crushed Garlic
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 cup frozen Stir Fry
2 Tbsp Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Fish sauce
1 cup frozen Peas
2 Tbsp Raisins (optional)


Cook the rice according to the packet directions and set aside.
In a skillet, heat 1 Tbsp oil and fry the prawns until they’re cooked. Set aside.
Add the rest of the oil to the skillet, and fry the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and stir in.
Add the stir fry and cooked rice, and mix. Pour over the soy sauce and fish sauce. Add the peas and raisins, and mix until well combined.
Transfer into a serving dish and top with the fried prawns.
