Ingredients – Salad

300 g Chicken fillets, cubed
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
½ cup BBQ sauce
2 Tbsp Teriyaki sauce
1 tsp grated Ginger
1 tsp crushed Garlic
300 g Pineapple, cubed
1 large Red pepper, cut into chunks
1 Onion, cut into chunks
1 Tbsp Olive oil

Method

Put the chicken in a bowl. Add the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and toss to coat.
Add the BBQ sauce and Teriyaki sauce, and mix. Add the ginger and garlic, and mix.
Thread a piece of chicken onto a skewer, followed by a piece of pineapple, a piece of red pepper and a piece of onion. Repeat until the skewer is full. Repeat with the remaining skewers until all the ingredients are used up.
Heat the oil in a skillet and fry the kebabs until they’re cooked through.
