Ingredients – Salad

1½ cups cooked Rice
1 cup diced Green and red bell pepper
1 cup chopped Red onion
1 tin Corn kernels, drained 
1 tin Black beans, drained and rinsed
1 large Tomato, diced
1 cup roughly chopped Coriander
1/3 cup Red Chillies 

Ingredients – Dressing

1/3 cup Lime juice
½ Tbsp Olive oil
1½ Tbsp Honey
½ tsp Cumin
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Garlic clove, minced
½ tsp Black pepper

Method

Place all the salad ingredients in a large bowl and mix until well combined. Transfer into a serving bowl. Refrigerate until serving time.
Put all the dressing ingredients in a jar. Shake it well. Keep in the fridge until serving time.
Dress the salad just before serving.
