Oil for frying
3 Russians
6 slices Bread
3 slices Ham
3 slices Cheese
I Tbsp Cream cheese
2 Eggs, beaten
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
Black pepper
½ cup Breadcrumbs 


In a saucepan, heat some of the oil and fry the Russians until cooked. Set aside.
Trim the crusts off the bread. Lay them lengthwise, with edges slightly overlapping, then flatten them using a rolling in. Place the Russians, ham and cheese on the slices and roll up tightly. Spread the cream cheese along the edge of the last slice to secure it.
Season the eggs with the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and black pepper. Dip the roll in the egg mixture, then roll it n breadcrumbs.
Deep-fry until golden brown. Drain on paper towel.
Serve sliced or whole.
