Ingredients – Salad

2 cups Farfalle pasta
1 Tbsp Oil
1 medium Onion, finely chopped
½ tsp Garlic, minced
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Red pepper, finely chopped
1 Yellow pepper, finely chopped 
1 handful chopped Coriander

Ingredients – Dressing

½ cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Basil pesto
2 Tbsp Honey
2 Tbsp Olive oil

Method

Cook the pasta according to the packet instructions and set aside to cool.
Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion and fry until translucent. Add the garlic and Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and fry until fragrant. Add the peppers and coriander and stir until well combined.
Put the pasta into a bowl and add the cooked veggies. Refrigerate until serving time.
To make the dressing, place all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
Dress the salad just before serving.
