500 g Chicken livers
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
Salt and pepper
Oil for frying
½ Onion, chopped
1 cup chopped mixed Red, green and yellow peppers
1 cup Mushrooms
1 bunch Spinach, chopped
1 cup Mayonnaise


1. Season the chicken livers with the Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, salt and pepper. Heat a little oil and fry the chicken livers for 5 minutes. Set aside.

2. In another saucepan, fry the onion, peppers and mushrooms until soft. Add the spinach, season with Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and cook for a further 5 minutes. Leave to cool.

3. Transfer the chicken livers and the cooked veggies into a bowl, and dress with the mayonnaise.
