2 Garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
juice and zest of 1 Lemon
8 Lamb chops, deboned
3 Tbsp Barbecue sauce 


In a bowl, mix the garlic, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM, and lemon juice and zest. Marinate the lamb chops in this mixture for 20 minutes.
Soak 8 wooden skewers in hot water for 10 minutes.
Thread the lamb onto the wooden skewers. Grill for 8-10 minutes (4-5 minutes each side), basting regularly with the sauce.
TIP: Serve with a side salad or roast vegetables.
