Ingredients

300 g Chicken fillets, steamed and grated
2 large Carrots, grated
2 large Baby marrows, grated
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 handful fresh Parsley, finely chopped
1 cup Breadcrumbs
1 cup grated Mozzarella cheese
1 Egg
1 Tbsp Canola oil

Method

Place the chicken in a bowl. Add the grated veggies. Season with Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM.
Add the parsley and breadcrumbs. Add the cheese and egg. Mix until well combined.
Using your hands, make medium-sized balls and press down gently to form a patty shape.
Heat the oil in a pan and fry on each side until golden.
