Ingredients

6 slices Bacon, diced
250 g Cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup Sour cream
¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups chopped Baby spinach
1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 Tbsp chopped fresh Parsley 

Method

1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the bacon and cook until brown and crispy, 6-8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
2. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a baking dish.
3. In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan, mayonnaise, Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM and Worcestershire sauce. Stir in the bacon, spinach, half the Mozzarella cheese and half the Cheddar cheese, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
4. Spread the bacon mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheeses. Bake until bubbly and golden, 20-25 minutes.
5. Serve immediately, garnished with parsley.
