500 g Beef strips
¼ cup Cornstarch
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM
¼ cup Oil
2 tsp fresh Ginger, minced
1 Tbsp crushed Garlic
¼ cup Soy sauce
1/3 cup Water
½ cup Brown sugar
5 Spring onions, chopped


1. Place the beef strips in a ziplock bag.
2. In a bowl, mix the cornstarch with Seven Colours Grill SeasoningTM then add the mixture to the strips. Shake the bag until the meat is evenly coated.
3. Heat the oil in a large pan, then add the strips and sauté for 2 minutes on medium to high heat. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and sauté for 15 seconds. Add the soy sauce, water and sugar to the pan and let it come to a boil.
5. Add the steak back in and let the sauce thicken for 30 seconds.
6. Add the spring onions, stir to combine everything, and cook for 45 seconds to 1 minute. Serve immediately.
TIP: Serve with rice.
