2 cups Basmati rice
2 Tbsp Butter
300 g Exotic Mushrooms 
800 g Sugar Snap Peas, thinly sliced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™


1. Cook the rice according to the packet instructions and set it aside.
2. In a pan, melt the butter. Add the mushrooms and fry until tender. Add the sugar snap peas and stir. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and stir.
3. Add the cooked rice and mix until well combined.
