2 cups Fettuccine 
2 large Chicken fillets
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 Tbsp Olive oil 
6 Tbsp Unsalted butter
2 Garlic cloves, minced
2 Tbsp Flour
3 cups Milk
¾ cup Parmesan cheese 
1 handful fresh Parsley, chopped


Cook the fettuccine as per packet instructions and set aside. Season the fillets with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Heat the oil in a pan, sear the fillets until brown and set aside to rest for 10 minutes, before cutting into strips. In the same pan, melt the butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute. Whisk in the flour and cook for 1 to 2 minutes, stirring continuously. Add the milk in splashes, stirring continuously. Bring to a gentle simmer and reduce the heat. Slowly stir in the Parmesan cheese until well incorporated. Add the cooked fettuccine and stir until well incorporated. Add the chicken strips and toss, allowing the chicken to heat back up. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
