30 g Salted butter
1 Garlic clove, minced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Black pepper
2 Tbsp #SCGS Pickled Chillies
½ whole Cabbage, shredded
1 Carrot, grated
Salt, as needed


Melt the butter in a pan, then add the garlic, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper, and pickled chillies. Add the cabbage and carrots and sauté until soft. Add the salt and turn off the heat.
Tip: Serve with pap and a stew.
