300 g Sirloin steak
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 tsp Freshly ground black pepper 
½ Tbsp Vegetable oil
1 Tbsp Unsalted butter
2 cloves Garlic, minced 
1 sprig Fresh rosemary


Pat the steak dry with paper towel, then season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and black pepper. Heat a cast-iron pan until hot, then add the vegetable oil. Once the oil is very hot, add the steak and sear the first side for 4 minutes. Flip and cook the other side for 4 minutes. Reduce the heat and add the butter, garlic and rosemary. Spoon the butter sauce over the steak, tilting the pan to get the butter on your spoon. Continue spooning the sauce over the steak until the steak reaches your desired doneness. Transfer the steak to a cutting board, cover with tinfoil and allow to rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
Tip: Spoon extra butter sauce over the steak when serving.
