4 Tbsp Oil
1 tsp Chilli flakes
1 tsp crushed Garlic
3 Tbsp Tomato paste
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
½ cup Pasta water
1 Tbsp Black pepper
½ tsp Salt
1 tsp Sugar
450g Cooked pasta (any type)


Heat the oil on medium to high heat. Add the chilli flakes, garlic, tomato paste and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Cook for 5 minutes until the tomato paste is a brick-red colour. Gradually add the pasta water and seasoning and stir until you reach the desired consistency. Mix with the cooked pasta and serve immediately.
Tip: Serve with grilled chicken.
