1 head Cauliflower, trimmed and cut into florets
3 Tbsp Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 large Egg white
¾ cup Breadcrumbs


IBlanch the cauliflower for 2 minutes in salted boiling water and set aside. In a bowl, whisk the tomato sauce, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and egg white together. Dip the cauliflower florets into the egg mixture, then coat with breadcrumbs. Place the cauliflower into the Milex™ 6L Air Fryer Grill & Multi Cooker basket and cook at 160°C until golden brown and crispy.
Tip: Best served with blue cheese dipping sauce.
