Ingredients

500 ml Oil
150 g Potatoes (cut into chips)
1 Tbsp Flour
Salt and pepper (as desired)
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tbsp Dried parsley

Method

Heat the oil. Coat the potatoes with flour, then fry the potatoes in the oil until crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Mix salt and pepper, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and dried parsley together. Season the fries with the spice mixture and serve immediately.
Tip: Serve with vetkoek.
