1 Kg Lamb chops
100 g Salted butter
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
Pinch of Salt
1 tsp Black pepper
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
2 Tbsp Dried parsley
1 Sprig of Fresh rosemary
¼ cup Fresh lemon juice
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp Honey


Gently massage the chops with 30g butter on both sides. In a ramekin, mix Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, salt, black pepper, chilli flakes and dried parsley and sprinkle the chops on both sides. Preheat a pan, melt in the remaining 70g butter and stir in the rosemary. Add the chops and sear each side for four minutes until a brown crust has formed. In a ramekin, mix the lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce and honey, and brush the chops on both sides, then sear each side for one minute.
Tip: Serve with creamy potato mash.
