250 g Button mushrooms 
½ cup Butter, melted
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
1 Tbsp Garlic, crushed 
Pinch of Black pepper 
Handful fresh Parsley, finely chopped 
1 lemon


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Place the mushrooms in a bowl and pour over the melted butter and olive oil. Add the Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, garlic and pepper and mix until the mushrooms are well coated. Transfer onto a greased oven tray and roast until browned and tender. Sprinkle over the chopped parsley and squeeze over some lemon juice before serving.
