1/3 cup Soy sauce
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp Brown sugar 
1 Tbsp Olive oil 
2 Tbsp Balsamic vinegar 
1 tsp Garlic, minced
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™  
1 Tbsp Cayenne pepper 
300g Pork chops


Preheat the oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a baking tray with a bit of oil and set aside. In a mixing jar, combine the soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, sugar and olive oil, and stir. Add the balsamic vinegar, garlic, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and cayenne pepper and stir until well mixed. Place the meat in a bowl and pour over the marinade. Mix until the pork is coated well. Transfer onto the baking tray and bake, uncovered, until browned, cooked through and sticky.
Tip: Can be enjoyed with fries.
