Ingredients – Chicken

300 g Chicken pieces 
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 Tbsp Turmeric 
1 tsp Cayenne pepper 
1 tsp Coriander powder
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ 
2 Tbsp Garlic paste
2 Tbsp Lemon juice

Ingredients – Sauce

1 cup fresh Cream
½ cup Lemon and Herb Peri-Peri Sauce
2 Tbsp Tomato sauce
2 Tbsp Mayonnaise 
2 Tbsp melted Butter 
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™

Method – Chicken

Preheat the oven to 200˚C. Place the chicken pieces into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil. Add the turmeric, cayenne pepper, coriander powder and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Then add the garlic paste and lemon juice. Mix everything with your hands until the chicken is well coated. Cover the bowl with clingwrap and marinate the chicken overnight preferably or for at least an hour. Bake until the chicken is cooked. 

Method – Sauce

 mix all the ingredients in a saucepan and boil for 5 minutes. Pour over the baked chicken and bake until the sauce is thick and the chicken golden.

Tip: Best served with basmati rice.
