2 Tbsp Butter
3 Eggs, whisked
2 Tbsp Olive oil
1 medium onion, chopped
2 Garlic cloves 
1 cup Ham or bacon 
1 ½ cups frozen Mixed vegetables 
3 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
2 cups leftover Rice 
½ cup Sesame seed oil
½ cup Spring onion, sliced


Melt the butter in a pan, then fry the eggs and set aside. In a separate pan, heat the oil, then add the onion, garlic and bacon/ham and stir to combine. Add the frozen veggies, Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™ and rice and mix well. Stir in the sesame seed oil, then divide the mixture between three bowls. Place the fried eggs on top, sprinkle with spring onion slices and serve.
Tip: The rice should be leftover or cooked the day before to prevent it from sticking.
