2 Tbsp Cooking oil
500 g Stewing pork
1 Onion, diced
1 Tbsp Crushed garlic
1 Beef stock cube
1 Tbsp Tomato paste
Pepper, to taste
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
500 ml Boiled water
Chives, finely chopped


Heat the oil, then brown the pork and set aside. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic. Once the onion is translucent, add the stock cube, tomato paste, pepper and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™. Add the cooked pork into the pan, then add water and let it cook for two hours on medium to low heat. The sauce must be well reduced and to a nappe consistency (thick enough to coat the back of a spoon). Turn off the heat, then add chives and cover with a lid.
Tip: Serve with pap, samp or dumplings.
