500 ml Cooking oil
3 Potatoes, boiled
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
50 g Butter
Egg wash


Heat the oil. Mash the boiled potatoes, season with salt, pepper, nutmeg and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, and combine. Add the butter and continue to mix to form a smooth, batter-like consistency. Shape the potato mixture into thumb-length cylinders. Coat with flour, egg wash and breadcrumbs twice, then fry until golden brown. Place on paper towel to absorb any excess oil.
Tip: Serve with grilled lamb or steak.
