4 Tbsp Olive oil
1 piece Fresh ginger, grated
1 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
4 Tbsp Peach chutney
½ cup Dried apricots, sliced
1 cup Mayonnaise
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
4 Chicken breasts, diced
1 Tbsp Salt and pepper


In a frying pan, heat the oil and sauté the ginger and Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, stirring for about a minute. Spoon into a mixing bowl and add the chutney, apricots, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce. Brush the chicken with a little oil and season with salt and pepper. Fry until golden and cooked, then add the chicken to the chutney mixture and mix well to combine.
Tip: Serve with a garden salad.
