Ingredients

3 Tbsp Oil
1 Onion, diced
1 Tsp Crushed garlic
1 cup Red, yellow and green peppers, diced
300 g Beef strips
2 Tbsp Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™
1 Tsp Black pepper
Pinch of Salt
2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cups White rice, cooked
½ cup Green peas
50 g Salted butter
1 Tbsp Chilli flakes
Handful of Fresh parsley, chopped
¼ cup Fresh lime juice

Method

Heat oil and sauté onion, garlic and peppers until soft. Add beef strips, season with Seven Colours Grill Seasoning™, black pepper and salt and continue to sauté for 2 minutes. Add Worcestershire sauce and rice, then add in green peas, butter and chilli flakes. Stir until everything is well combined then sprinkle with parsley and drizzle with lime juice.
Tip: Serve with mayonnaise.
